Current Density Imaging MATLAB Library

A collection of Current Density Imaging (CDI) processing tools developed for MATLAB between 1995 and 2005. Unzip the files to a directory that is on MATLAB's path and type "cdi" at the MATLAB command prompt to bring up the CDI user interface. This library covers both (Low Frequency) LF-CDI and (Radio Frequency) RF-CDI. Run cdi.m to get started. Most features work in MATLAB 5.3 (MRI Image Viewer does not work), all features work in MATLAB 6.1 and 6.5. Presently, only GE Signa Raw File platform/format is supported (EPIC 5.x, 8.x, 11.x, 12.x).
